Restorative Justice is a philosophy that considers crime first and foremost harm suffered by people.  It seeks healing for those harmed and meaningful accountability for those who have caused harm.

Our preferred practice of restorative justice is conducted by facilitated structured dialogue with participation of the offender, the victim, and community.

Formed in June, 2006, RJCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides restorative justice education, training, and direct services in southwestern New Mexico.

RJCC was created by an informal council of community members in Grant County, New Mexico.
