Jeanette Martinez is owner and President of Circle of Justice LLC. Circle of Justice is a consulting practice in Albuquerque New Mexico that was created to promote Restorative Justice practices and create access to conflict resolution services to the broadest number of people possible. Restorative Justice also known as healing justice, is a balanced approach to conflict resolution which draws from the strength and wisdom of everyone impacted by a conflict to develop a healthy way forward.
Circle of Justice empowers people who experience crime or conflict to join a confidential and non-judgmental process while holding a space for relationship, respect, responsibility, values, hearing each others perspective, and understanding needs and interests. Exploring with participants about how to meet needs and interests in a balanced way while making decisions by consensus, testing solutions, and documenting agreements.
