Restorative Adult Justice
The Restorative Adult Justice Services program receives referrals of adults offenders from the District Attorney's Office. The District Court and Magistrate Court approve probation agreements that include participation in restorative justice as one component of righting the wrong. Upon inquiry or referral, RJCC staff contact victims to present restorative justice and determine if it is something that would benefit them. The restorative process is much the same as with Juvenile Justice and Victim Services. Read more.
Restorative Victim Services
The Restorative Victim Services program receives requests from crime victims and survivors who may want to meet with the offender. The program was initiated in early 2010 with a small grant from an undisclosed foundation. Read more.
