Sexual assault
Sexual Assault is a very sensitive topic in the Restorative Justice field. Do to the personal violation of the victim, many do not wish to see the offender again. However, this is not saying that Restorative Justice could not work with Sexual Assault Victims that wish to talk to the offender. In fact, there are some cases that the Victim benefits from meeting with the offender. This short clip describes how to be both helpful and supportive in the case of sexual assault.
