HOW Is Restorative Justice relevant to me?

Restorative Justice and Restorative Practices are applicable in many professions, and in many settings, from school classrooms to prison facilities.

Restorative Justice is often a response to harm or wrongdoing, while Restorative Practices uses the same techniques and principles, but often in a more pro-active way, in order to create an environment where sources of conflict are dealt with and addressed before they become harmful.  To learn more about Restorative Practices, visit the International Institute for Restorative Practices.
